Thank you for visiting my blog! I first want to introduce myself, my name is Abby Majercik and I am from Johnsburg, IL about 10 minutes south of the Wisconsin border. My hobbies include Volleyball, cooking, working out, watching Netflix and even listening to music. I have always been a music person since a young child. I am always open to new genres of songs and love to listen to all sorts of genres. The five songs I chose that define me are as followed: Closer by the Chainsmokers, Cruise by Florida Georgia Line, Aint no Mountain High Enough by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrel, H.O.L.Y. by Florida Georgia Line and Stronger by Kelly Clarkson.

The five songs that I chose are a assortment of genres from country to Hip Hop. Throughout my life I have always played sports and loved to watch athletic movies which is why I chose Aint no mountain high enough that comes from the Remember the Titans. With living in a area with a good amount of farms and many want to be country people, country music has always been a go to genre. Florida Georgia Line I have seen in concert twice and love all their songs which is why I had to chose two of there songs.

I have been here at Stevens Point for almost a month now and the reasoning being I am also on the Volleyball team here. In my time here so far my team has adopted a song that is always a go to in the locker room, that song being Closer. When I am feeling down and need a little pick me up I will always choose to put on the song Stronger which gives me a little push for the rest of the day. Because, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger am I right!

By listening to my playlist you can see the assortment of songs I listen to. You can see I am an athlete with a country side who likes to dance now and again!
